Delivery (DDU Policy): You are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes payable on international orders. Free shipping covers transport costs only.

Returns & Refunds:
You have 28 days to return unused, unopened products in their original packaging for a full refund. Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Please email hello@onefinalthing.com to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
