Delivery Information

Delivery Costs

The cost of delivery depends on your location as well as the size and weight of your order. The final delivery cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Dispatch Timing

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 noon (GMT) on the same business day.
Orders placed after this time, or on weekends, bank holidays, or public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery and dispatch dates provided are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances or events outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Responsibilities

Please inspect your products immediately upon receipt.
Any missing or damaged items must be reported to us without delay.

We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (commonly referred to as “Force Majeure” events), such as:

  • Transport disruptions
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Acts of government or regulatory authorities

Returns & Refunds

Your Right to Cancel

Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of products that have been:

  • Opened
  • Used
  • Unsealed

This does not apply to items that are faulty, damaged, or sent in error by us.

How to Return

Online Orders

To return an item purchased online:

  1. Contact us to receive return instructions.
  2. Securely package the items.
  3. Return them to us within 28 days of receipt.

Please note:

  • Returns due to change of mind or unsuitability are at the customer’s own expense.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in our UK or ROI stores can be returned within 28 days with a valid receipt.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
  • We will refund the cost of standard delivery.
  • We will not refund premium delivery services (e.g., Next Day Delivery).
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
