When placing the order, an estimated day of shipment is indicated.

After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be estimated on the order confirmation.

It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

All orders should be delivered within 3-5 working days in the UK and within 10-14 working days worldwide.

All orders are shipped and delivered in accordance with our Terms of Use stated at checkout. In most cases, orders are delivered within 3-5 working days in the UK & EU and within 10-15 working days worldwide.

It is not necessary to have an account to place an order with us. However, to manage your orders, make amendments, receive promotional deals and gifts, it is highly recommended.
